Your build deserves better than jobsite phone photos. I photograph finished and milestone construction for builders and general contractors across Austin and Central Texas. These are architectural-quality images you can put on your website, in proposals, and in award entries for years.
Custom home builders who need portfolio images that sell the next client.
General contractors that want finished commercial work photographed for proposals and their website.
Builders entering awards or Parade of Homes, where the photography often decides how the project is judged.
Completion: the finished project, exterior and interior, shot at the right time of day with the light worked out ahead.
Craft and details: joinery, millwork, steel, masonry, and the work that sets your crews apart.
Milestones: structure, framing, or mass timber before it's covered up, photographed with the same care as the finished building.
I've photographed custom homes, hospitality projects, and commercial buildings for builders and general contractors across Austin and the Texas Hill Country. That includes mass timber, steel, and hand-built residential work. My work has been published in Architectural Digest, Architectural Record, and Dwell. Check out my blog to see some of my projects.
One shoot can serve the builder, the architect, and the interior designer. Cost sharing splits the fee, and each firm gets licensed images. Learn more here.
Do you do drone or weekly progress monitoring?
No. I photograph milestones and completed work from the ground. If you need aerial work, I can recommend someone.
When should I book the completion shoot?
After the final clean and landscaping, and before the owner moves in. Book a few weeks out so the light and the weather can be planned.
Can I use the photos in proposals and award entries?
Yes. Usage is agreed before the shoot so you know exactly where the images can go.
Do you work outside Austin?
Yes, across Central Texas and the Hill Country, and on national projects.
